
Daniel Niţu is one of the most reputed criminal law specialists in Romania, his career combining the academic component with the activity of a law practitioner, specialized in the field of criminal law. He works in his own law office, being a member of the Cluj Bar.
He is the Director of the Department of Public Law within the Faculty of Law of the Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca and one of the constant presences at the specialized conferences in the field of criminal law.
He is part of the projects of continuous training of magistrates within the National Institute of Magistracy, He is an associate lecturer at the National Institute for the Training and Improvement of Lawyers – Cluj Territorial Center and a contact point for Romania within the European Criminal Law Academic Network.
As a lawyer, Daniel has the right to practice before all courts, regardless of degree, managing cases of great complexity, especially concerning economic crimes, corruption and drug trafficking.

The professional collaboration with Mrs. Andra-Roxana Trandafir started in 2013, initially in academic projects, and later in cases dealing with most diverse issues, including precautionary measures, special and extended confiscation, embezzlement, forgery offenses or corruption offenses.
